Ask Finble about your own numbers
Finble is BusyBee Hub's assistant for tax and accounting questions. Click the bee bubble in the corner of any Hub page to open it, or ask a question straight away with one of the suggestions, What do I owe HMRC this year?, Who owes me money?, Can I afford a £2,000 laptop next month?, How is my VAT looking? and What does my cash flow look like?
What Finble knows
When a conversation starts, Finble takes a snapshot of your figures: bank balances, what you're owed and what you owe, your Self Assessment estimate, VAT position, CIS deductions, cash flow forecast, Radar insights, profit and loss, and property figures (whichever of these modules you use). It answers from that snapshot and links to the page where you can act on it. If a figure isn't in your account yet, Finble says so rather than guessing.
The snapshot is taken once, when the conversation starts. If you've since added an invoice or explained a bank transaction, click Refresh figures in the chat header to bring it up to date.
What Finble never sees
Finble never receives your National Insurance number, UTR, VAT number, bank account or sort code numbers, email addresses, postal addresses or any free-text notes or descriptions you've written. It sees amounts, dates, document numbers and the names of your contacts and properties, never the identifying details behind them.
Don't paste account numbers or personal details into the chat yourself; Finble doesn't need them to answer, and your own question is sent exactly as you type it.
Limits
Finble explains your own figures and general UK tax rules; it isn't regulated advice, so check with an accountant before you act on anything it tells you. It answers up to 50 messages a day per organisation, whatever your plan; if you reach that, it's back the next day. It doesn't take actions on your behalf (no sending, recording or editing anything); it only answers questions. If your organisation is read-only (for example, after your trial ends), you can still read past conversations but can't send new messages until you choose a plan.
History and deleting a conversation
Every conversation is saved and visible to everyone in your organisation, so a colleague can pick up where you left off. Open Finble from the sidebar to see the full list, with who asked, when, and how many messages; click one to reopen it at full width. Anyone can delete their own conversation; an owner or admin can delete anyone's. Deleting removes the conversation and its messages for good.
Privacy
Your question and the snapshot described above are sent to Vercel's AI Gateway and on to the model provider to generate the answer; see our privacy policy for the full detail on what does and doesn't leave BusyBee Hub. Message counts and token usage are recorded so we can manage costs; the content of your messages isn't used for anything beyond answering them.
